Return Process

Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Quality Verification
Upload clear images of the product, including the batch number and packaging, to help our dermatological team verify the condition of the item.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package in its original condition.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
